Sharing Workflows in an Organization

Sharing workflows with everyone in an organization is a powerful mechanic for colloration. So, we set up a sharing system similar to a shared google drive.

Organization Folder

The shared organization folder can be accessed by every active member in the organization. To navigate to it, hit the building button in the sidebar:

Once in the organization folder, you can navigate around and use it just like your personal folders. You can even run workflows in the organization folder itself.

To get back to your personal folder, click the home button in the sidebar

Moving Workflows

Moving workflows works the same as it does normally. To move a workflow between the organization folder and your personal folder or vice versa, the move modal has a button to switch between which folder you're in.
